Ubuntu is a stable Linux distribution that is a derivative of Debian. The specific versions of Ubuntu offered on Cirrus Tech’s Linux VPS plans and dedicated servers are 6.1, 7.1, and 8.04. However, at the time of this writing, Plesk is only available on VPS plans and dedicated servers running Ubuntu 6.1 or 7.1.
